We were on the first floor of this house about 2-3 years ago and felt very comfortable. The apartment was pretty new and nicely furnished. The owner of the house was there every day to check that the garden was in order and was always available for questions. The location just a few meters from the beach, yet within walking distance of the city, is very good. So you are at the sea after less than a minute, and after 10-15 minutes you can go to one of the restaurants at the harbor. If you don't want to explore the area, you can leave your car right next to the house.
