Located on the first floor of a family house, the apartment provides complete privacy and the opportunity to relax and unwind. It has 45 square meters, one bedroom, sofa bed in the living room for two extra people, living room with dining area, kitchen with all necessary appliances, large balcony overlooking nature, bathroom. The neighborhood is very quiet, with only a few family houses in the area. On the other hand, it is not far from the beach and the town center. The nearest market is a 5-minute walk away. In the center there are many restaurants, cafes, shops, souvenir shops, pharmacy, doctor, post office, bank, bus station, ATMs - everything you need for a perfect vacation!

There is not enough room for all the praises about the stay in this A2+2 apartment ID: 57174. The owner is extremely kind, a bottle of top wine was on the chair upon arrival, and chilled mineral water in the fridge. An even bigger surprise was the dessert that Mrs. Anica baked for all the guests who were staying at her house at that time. In short, in one word, superb. If we go to Istria next year, we won't think about where we'll go, because the Lukić apartment is the best of all the ones we've stayed at in previous years. Thank you very much for an unforgettable break. I think that if my health helps, we will see each other in the coming years.

We stayed on July 10, 2022 - a family with two children. At first glance, it was clear to us that the apartment is amazing. Very clean, modern, absolutely nothing was missing - fully and comfortably equipped. The view of the city and the sea was wonderful. Communication with the owners was without problems and very nice. We received refreshments as a welcome. The town and beaches are beautiful, the evenings are busy, but the accommodation is very quiet. Privacy assured. It was one of the most beautiful holidays. We had a wonderful summer vacation thanks to the excellent owners of this wonderful apartment. The apartment is fully furnished, modern and comfortable. The masters absolutely met all our expectations. They helped us in every way and jumped in with everything we needed, a barbecue. They made it theirs for us to have lunch. They did not disturb or create any pressure on us. The apartment is close to cafes, shops and restaurants, about ten minutes walk to the beach.
