Friendly, helpful and very hospitable owners! Clean, well-kept and well-equipped apartment. Close to the most beautiful beach, supermarket and the center of Fazana. Nearby there is a small restaurant with good and inexpensive food. The area is quiet and peaceful. With a clear conscience I recommend this apartment and I will gladly return there.

Super equipped and very clean apartment. The landlords are friendly and helpful. The clean sea is within walking distance and there is a supermarket right next door. Everything can be recommended 100 percent.

The owners are very unfriendly. It is not suitable for a family with children, the owners who live in the lower apartment are also disturbed by the tapping of the ball. I don't recommend it.

We always had excellent communication and friendly relations with all guests. In the conditions of the reservation it is stated: - point 4: Noise is not desirable in the house, especially during night rest from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. - point 7: Persons who are not guests of the rented accommodation are not allowed to stay overnight or all day - point 9 : A guest who does not comply with the reservation conditions and disturbs the peace will be unconditionally canceled accommodation. In case of cancellation of accommodation due to violation of the reservation conditions, the guest will be charged the entire amount of the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay. Regardless of the above, we allowed you to celebrate your birthday with friends who also came to the apartment during the other days of your stay without our permission and knowledge. We had a great vacation with the Josipović family! Everything was perfect - cleanliness, size of the apartment and the bathroom. The distance to the beach and the promenade with several restaurants was less than 5 minutes. The supermarket was a 1 minute walk away, perfect for not always having to use the car. We would come back here anytime!

The apartment is really equipped with everything your heart desires, a cot, high chair, iron, ironing board, kettle, pots, pans, cutlery generally nothing was missing. Quiet area, large supermarket nearby. Fazana is a typical place for families with children, a playground by the beach that abounds in many shady places. I recommend Aquacolors Porec, beach in Medulin. In summary, everything was the best !!!

I confirm previous reviews of guests - Fantastic place for a holiday in Istria. Thank you for the hospitality of the Josipovic Family! Starting from welcome and cordial care during a week's stay. From the house close (5 minutes) to clean and safe beaches, to the center and port. A convenient thing is also the proximity of a large supermarket (2 minutes from home). Equipment of the apartment complete, well-working wifi, shaded parking lot for the car. If I were to return to Istria, I will definitely visit Tomislav and his family!

With a clear conscience I can confirm all positive opinions about the apartment. The building, the surroundings and the accommodation itself are very clean, neat and nicely decorated. Furnishing the apartment complete and you really do not need to take with you. Very nice and quiet area, but at the same time very close to the beach, city center or shop .. Owners - Mr Franjo and Mrs. Róża very nice, friendly and helpful. A treasury of knowledge about the area and the region. An excellent starting point for exploring this region of Croatia. The apartment really nothing missing. Equipment apartment exceeds the needs of summer-house (even an iron and ironing board). The kitchen is equipped excellently (set of pots, glasses, beer mugs, wine glasses and many other kitchen accessories are able to satisfy the most demanding chef. Nice family atmosphere, the hosts helpful and smiling at each step. Especially Mr. Franjo helpful and very friendly, but for the tourist mine knowledge. What is very important to building a new and very, very clean. I would recommend especially for families with children. in the yard possibility of grilling and relaxing in the shade of olive trees. to the sea 5 minutes walk to the center (shop, church, ATM) is also very close. and finally, most importantly, next door (at the intersection of great pizza with the best pizza we've ever had and great wine - and most importantly at normal prices! Apartment is good and 200 m far from the beach. Good parking near the house in place free from the sun. The house is located in a quiet and calm place. Apartment was clan and comfortable. But the best is good-natured attitude from Josipović family. Mister Franjo is the best! Great place designed for holidays with the family.

Me and my family have been staying at this hotel in July 2016. The 'Apartment corresponds perfectly to the description, the sea is just 5 minutes walk away and the rest of the services are very convenient. There is a beautiful seafront promenade you can do both day and night in safety. Furthermore, Josipovic Family has proven extremely welcoming and helpful, so much to make us feel at home. We have just arrived from Fažana. We were living in family Josipovic apartment. We spent our vacation in very friendly atmosphere among very kind people. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a beautiful and well-kept house. The owners are very courteous and friendly. We were invited to a very great food with freshly caught grilled sea bass. The whole house and especially our apartment were very clean and nicely decorated. We had a comfortable kitchen, a large bathroom and a balcony over the entire house for the side south-west side with enough space for drying beach towels and bathing suits. The beach is about 200, the city center 350 m. Better we could not have hit. This landlord and the apartments are thoroughly recommended.

The apartment is great as it looks in the pictures. The beach where a lot of shadows 6 m from the beach on the beach recommend a tent, you have a 5 minute walk. On the beach restaurant with normal prices and next to it a large playground for children. The beach is full of adrenaline and sports activities is unfortunately located approx 15 min walk. Family Josipovič is very nice if you do not know what Mr. Franjo happy to help and advise you as to where to purchase etc. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. In general Fažančani very friendly. We liked it and recommend it to all who are looking favorable solution for holidays with children. LP, Klemen, Slovenia !!!
