eVita Premium Studio apartments are reconstructed in July 2018. It is ground floor house with 4 modern, fully equipped studios for 2. The beach is only 4 minutes walk through the woods and the center of Fažana is 10 minutes walk. Restaurant is 3 minutes walk and bus station is across the street. Come and enjoy this premium studio apartments for 2 :) In the yard there is barbecue for shared use and laundry room for washing and ironing with 2 washing machines, iron with ironing table, washing liquids, fire extinguisher. Inside can be parked 4 cars, each apartment has its own parking place. We hope you will recognize our effort in design of this concept and choose our apartment for you next holiday :) Guests have their own apartment with private entrance and terrace with table and chairs, a sunshade and 2 deck chairs with a side table. Private parking is inside the locked gate and all guests receive keys that open automatic gate, key for pedestrian gate, laundry room and key of ap.

Payment and terms
Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00. Check-out is until 10:00. We come to meet our guests at the apartment for check-in and would be grateful if guests could tell/write us the approximate time of arrival. Sojourn taxes, VAT, clening fee, parking, WI-FI, Netflix, Air conditioning, lienen are included in price. To confirm the reservation you will make the advance payment of 30% or minimum 200 Eur. The rest will be paid on the first day of arrival.
Residential tax is included in price.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all accessories, dishwasher, 2-pane glass ceramic plate, freezer and fridge. Each apartment has a table and chairs for dining inside and on the terrace. We are very proud to offer beds of very large dimensions of 190x210 with extra quality mattresses and quality bedding, USB charging sockets are next to the bed. Lights have ability to change color and have bluetooth speaker for listening music from mobile phone. Great WI-FI and big screen Android TV with variety of programs from Internet or satelite TV and free Netflix service. Each apartment has a make-up table and chair, but it can be used as a work desk. The bathrooms are equipped with floor mats, towels, toilet paper, hair dryer and First aid box.
