When making a reservation, 30% of the total amount of the reservation is paid to the bank account. The rest is paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. A security deposit (in case of damage) of €100 is paid in cash on the day of arrival, and is returned upon departure if no damage has been done. For shorter stays of 1 - 3 nights, the price per night is increased by 30%. No more than 4 people (including children) are allowed to stay in the apartment. In case of early departure from the apartment, the rest of the paid amount is not returned.
