Apartment (40 m2) is located on the ground floor in a quiat area of Fazana, called Valbandon. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with kitchen (with two extra sofa beds), bathroom with a shower and a large terrace. Near the house is pine forest with marked cycling and hiking trails. Free parking space in the yard. Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and use of BBQ. Valbandon is part of Fazana, famous romantic fisherman\\s townfrom where you can take a boat trip and visit the national park Brijuni. Valbandon\\s beaches are equipped with many facilities for children.

Apartment Helena is very comfortable. It is situated in a very quiet place, near the forest, not far away from a village center. It's a perfect place for a family to take a rest with kids (2+2, kids at the age of 8 and 11). It's also a perfect location to drive by car and sightseeing not only the west coast of Istra. There are all the comforts (air conditioning, wifi, washing machine, outdoor space for eating or playing games with kids). Mrs. Helena and her husband live on an upper floors and they are very kind and helpful people. Sometimes they've been given us fruits, self made chocolate cookies or tuna paste. We were very impressed by their hospitality and attention they\ve been given to us for all of the time. We truly recommend this apartment for a families with children, we spent beautiful 2 weeks in this silent place.

The owners are extremely friendly and yet unobtrusive. We look forward guests fine attention (fresh fruit, pastries and the like.). Helena apartament is very nice and comfortable, included in a silent and relaxing place. There are all the comforts (air conditioning, wifi, etc.) and the outdoor space is perfect for the breakfast or a dinner. Helena, and her husband, are very hospitable and helpful hosts. We were very impressed by the attention that they give to their guests. We recommend sincerely this apartment, it's perfect to spent a restful and beautiful holiday.
