Authentic Dalmatian stone house "Porat", 100 m from the Porat beach! The Dalmatian stone house "Porat" has a sea view and is located only 100m from the large city beach of Porat. The house consists of two bedrooms, a living room with an extra bed, a kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom arranged over three floors. The house has a balcony with a view of the sea and an outdoor terrace. The staircase inside the house is not suitable for small children and people with disabilities. Guests have air conditioning, a washing machine, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave... Guests of the house have complete privacy, and the host is constantly available to them for all their needs and wishes. 100 m from the house is the large city beach of Porat with numerous amenities and restaurants. The old Dalmatian atmosphere of the house and the proximity of the beautiful Porat beach will ensure a special summer vacation for our guests.

The surcharge for an extra bed is 10 eur/night. The reservation is confirmed by paying an advance payment of 100 eur, which is not refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival. Arrival time to the apartment is from 2:00 p.m. and departure from the apartment by 10:00 a.m. An additional surcharge is possible for stays shorter than 4 nights. Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
