Authentic Dalmatian stone house "Porat", 100 m from Porat beach! The Dalmatian stone house "Porat" has a view of the sea and is located only 100m from the large city beach of Porat. The house consists of two bedrooms, a living room with an extra bed, a kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom spread over three floors. The house has a balcony with a view of the sea and the outdoor terrace. The staircase inside the house is not suitable for small children and people with disabilities. Guests have at their disposal an air conditioner, a washing machine, a refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, a microwave... The guests of the house have complete privacy, and the host is always available for all their needs and wishes. 100 m from the house is the large city beach of Porat with numerous amenities and restaurants. The old Dalmatian atmosphere of the house and the proximity of the beautiful Porat beach will provide our guests with a special summer vacation atmosphere.

The surcharge for an extra bed is 10 eur/night. The reservation is confirmed by an advance payment in the amount of 100 euros, which is not returned to the guest in case of cancellation. The rest of the amount is paid upon arrival. The time of arrival to the apartment is from 14:00, and departure from the apartment until 10:00. An additional surcharge is possible for stays shorter than 4 nights. Pets are allowed for an extra charge.
