The PERICA facility is located in the 3rd row of the settlement built in the Dolaška draga bay of the town of Drage, 100 m away from the sea and the beach, which is bordered by a dense pine forest with a promenade. Due to its dominant position, the facility offers a unique panoramic view of the settlement, beaches, harbor, nearby islands and the Kornati archipelago. The facility consists of a garage, a panoramic terrace on the 1st floor and two apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Only the apartment on the 2nd floor is rented, which allows guests to relax in complete privacy while the hosts are at their disposal for all inquiries and needs. The apartment is air-conditioned, has two bedrooms with beds 180 and 140 cm wide and a 110 cm wide sofa as an extra bed, and is well equipped for a comfortable stay (SAT/TV, flat wireless internet, electric hob, microwave, 20 l refrigerator with freezer, dishes, dishwasher, etc.). Guests have access to 1 parking/garage space for a car and unlimited use of the panoramic terrace (80 m2) with a barbecue.

When reserving an apartment, the Guest pays the agreed amount of advance payment of the total rental price of the apartment, and the Host, upon receipt of the advance payment, delivers a written confirmation of the reservation (voucher) to the Guest. The Guest's check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is until 10:00 a.m. The Guest pays the remaining part of the total rental amount to the Host upon entering the apartment. The stated price of the apartment rental includes a stay of up to 4 people, and the surcharge for the stay of a 5th person is 20 EUR/night. Tourist tax is included in the price of the night. Use of the parking space, panoramic terrace and barbecue are included in the price of the night. Consumption of electricity and water are included in the price of the night. Great accommodation! Very good location of the house, enough shade on the terrace, nice view and close to the beach. The hosts are very, very friendly, always available if anything is needed. You also get a lot of useful information about trips nearby. The beaches offer plenty of shade under pine trees. Near the APP there is a bakery, a shop, a pizzeria and a stand with local vegetables.
