The PERICA building is located in the 3rd part of the settlement built in the bay Dolaška draga, Drage, 100 m away from the sea and the beach with a dense pine forest with a promenade, and due to its dominant position the building offers a unique panoramic view of the village, beaches, harbor, nearby islands and the Kornati archipelago. The building consists of a garage, a panoramic terrace on the 1st floor and two apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Only the apartment on the 2nd floor is rented, which allows guests to rest in complete privacy while the hosts are at their service for all inquiries and needs. The apartment is air conditioned, has two bedrooms with beds 180 and 140 cm wide and a sofa bed 110 cm wide as an extra bed, well equipped for a comfortable stay (SAT / TV, flat wireless internet, electric hob, microwave, refrigerator with 20 l freezer, dishes, dishwasher, etc.). Guests have at their disposal one garage space and unlimited use of the panoramic terrace (80 m2) with barbecue.

The guest confirms the reservation of accommodation by paying an advance in the amount of 100 EUR. Upon receipt of the advance payment, the Host provides the Guest with a written confirmation of the reservation (voucher). Arrival time to the apartment is from 14:00 h, and departure from the apartment until 10:00 h. Sojourn tax is included in the price Supplement for the use of extra bed for the 5th person is charged 10 EUR / night. Great accommodation! Very good location of the house, enough shade on the terrace, nice view and close to the beach. The hosts are very, very friendly, always available if anything is needed. You also get a lot of useful information about trips nearby. The beaches offer plenty of shade under pine trees. Near the APP there is a bakery, a shop, a pizzeria and a stand with local vegetables.
