Traditional Donkey Race Tribunj

The women competitors do not necessarily have to be born here, it is sufficient to have a temporary stay in the place. The Donkey Race in Tribunj has an international character, due to guests from Italy who also participate, and regular participants are representatives of the Dalmatian places which also organize the race of donkeys: Posedarje, Sv. Filip i Jakov, Tisno, Sukošan, and Pirovac. The main race starts at 20:00, and the winner's announcement is followed by a celebration which will lead the hosts and their guests far to the small hours of the morning.
