Dobropoljana is situated in the same name bay on the island of Pasman, which is with ferry lines across the neighboring island of Ugljan connected to the mainland and the town of Biograd. Dobropoljana is located on the northeastern side of the island.
It is a typical island village, where harmony has been achieved between the old architecture and newly built houses. Small port provides secure berths for sailors. Very close is sandy beach.
