Payment and terms
IN ORDER TO CONFIRM THE RESERVATION, YOU NEED TO PAY AN ADVANCE PAYMENT IN THE VALUE OF 30% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT, AND PAY THE REST IN CASH IMMEDIATELY ON ARRIVAL AT THE APARTMENT. DEPOSIT IN CASE OF DAMAGE - 100 EUROS, PAID IMMEDIATELY ON ARRIVAL, AND IF THE MONEY IS NO DAMAGES, WE WILL RETURN ON DEPARTURE. HOUSE RULES: 1. Check-in is after 15.00 (if the apartment is ready, earlier arrival is possible) 2. When registering, hand in your ID card or passport. 3. Lock the door, turn off the lights and air conditioning when you leave the apartment. 4. Guests are responsible for personal property. 5. Destruction of equipment and furniture is prohibited, in case of damage the buyer bears the cost. 6. No noise is allowed from 2 pm to 5 pm and 11 pm. 7. It is forbidden to take equipment (towels, blankets, etc.) out of the apartment. 8. The apartment leaves clean and tidy before check-out. 9. Please leave the apartment before 09:00. 10. Please pay a deposit in case of damage - 100 euros, and after inspecting the apartment, it will be refunded upon departure.

Cancellation policy
IF YOU CANCEL IN A PERIOD EARLIER THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE, THE ADVANCE PAYMENT IS REFUNDABLE. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ARRIVAL IS NOT POSSIBLE.
