The weekly rent of the apartment includes normal consumption of electricity, water, bed linen (1 set), cutlery and cooking utensils. Check in from 2 pm, and check out until 10 am. The tourist tax is included in the apartment rental price. Air conditioning is charged 10 Euros per day. Air conditioning rental is optional. Any misuse and unauthorized start of the air conditioner, without the consent of the host who provides the start key and remote control, is charged 200 Euros. An extra bed is charged according to the price list, depending on the part of the season, from 10-15 Euros. For a stay of up to 3 nights, you pay 30% more than the normal price. When making a reservation, a 20% advance payment, minimum 100 Euros, is required, and the rest of the payment is made upon arrival on the day of taking over the apartment. Large towels are not included in the rental price.
Residential tax is included in price.In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 30 days before arrival, the advance is returned in 100% amount, for cancellations from the 29th to the 15th day before the reserved date, 50% of the received advance is returned, and from the 14th day before the reserved date, the advance is not returns.
