They have separate entrances, garden, sea view, lots of greenery around the house, and private parking in the yard. Distance from the sea is about 70m (2-3min walk), and from the store about 100-150m (5min walk). One apartment is located on the first floor by the balcony or on the ground floor by the garden (the house was built on a hill). It has 50m2, two bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with two single beds), living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, balcony and terrace. The second apartment is located on the ground floor, has two bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with two single beds), living room with sofa bed, kitchen and two bathrooms, and two terraces (in front of the bedrooms and in front of the kitchen).

Pleasant environment, privacy, friendly owner, balcony sea view, close to the sea on the beach, close to town - post office, currency exchange, convenience stores, lots of great restaurants with reasonable prices, possibility of boat trips and extreme experiences, rich cultural evening activities. Definitely recommended.
