They have separate entrances, garden, sea view, lots of greenery around the house, and private parking in the yard. They are equipped with WI-FI internet, air conditioning, dishwashers and washing machines, satellite TV, barbecue, garden furniture ... Distance from the sea is about 70m (2-3min walk), and from the store about 100-150m (5min walk). One apartment is located on the first floor by the balcony or on the ground floor by the garden (the house was built on a hill). It has 50m2, two bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with two single beds), living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom, balcony and terrace. The second apartment is located on the ground floor, has two bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with two single beds), living room with sofa bed, kitchen and two bathrooms, and two terraces (in front of the bedrooms and in front of the kitchen).
