We rent fully equipped and comfortably furnished apartments in a quiet part of the town of Crikvenica. We are located next to the Kaštel Hotel and the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. In the immediate vicinity there is a pebble beach suitable for small children. The apartments are suitable for families with children. Parking for guests is provided. Dear guests, climate change has occurred. Summers are getting warmer, choose accommodations near the sea such as the Tea Katnić apartments. Do not allow yourself to look for a parking space or walk 10-20 minutes uphill to your accommodation during hot weather. Pebble beach 
We, family with 2 children, have made for the first time in Crikvenica holiday. The apartment overlooks the sea in a bay, the short way there was very important to us. We were thrilled from the start, the decor is very nice, well maintained and clean. On 2 separate sleeping rooms, we have also placed great value .. We could safely leave our toddler child playing on the floor. a large balcony facing the sea side make sophisticated evening was much appreciated. one is fast in the city center, the promenade with plenty of restaurants and cafes offers a lot of variety. The owner family is really nice and there are very sorry that the holiday is now up to the end.
