In the family house Jela you have two spacious apartments and one comfortable room with a private bathroom. Some 600 m from the sea, the house Jela is located in a quiet part of town with a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Krk. During the summer months, it is best to leave your car in one of the several parking spaces in the garden and head carefree to the nearest beach or the city center (10-15 minutes walk). If you don't feel like walking, the city bus that passes by our facility will shorten your journey significantly. The apartments and rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, WLAN internet, bathrooms with showers, spacious terraces or balconies with a sea view equipped with seating furniture. The room has a mini fridge and a kettle, while the kitchens in the apartments are equipped with a microwave, refrigerators, ovens, and everything you need to prepare and serve meals. Check-in from 13:00, and check-out until 09:00 in the morning.

Tourist tax, tourist registration, electricity and water consumption, cutlery and cooking equipment, parking space, free internet, weekly change of bed linen/towels and final cleaning are included in the daily rental price. Prices are stated in euros and refer to daily rent for 1-4 people in apartments or 1-2 people in a room sleeping on basic beds. For children or adults on an extra bed, the surcharge is 8 EUR per person/day. For children up to 7 years old sleeping with parents in the same bed, the surcharge is 4 EUR per day. For the use of air conditioning, the surcharge is 5 EUR per day. For pets (dog, cat) the surcharge is 4 EUR per pet per day. For stays of up to 3 nights, the price increases by 30%. To confirm the reservation, a 30% deposit is required, the rest is paid upon arrival.
Residential tax is included in price.In case of cancellation of the reservation at least 30 days before arrival, the amount of the advance payment minus bank charges will be refunded. For reservations that are canceled between 30 and 10 days before arrival, 50% of the advance payment will be refunded. If the reservation is canceled less than 10 days before its start, the advance payment will not be refunded.
