For the booking of the apartment, an advance payment of 30% of the total price is payable while the remaining part is at the time of arrival. The surcharge for less than 4 nights is 30%. The ideal time to arrive at the apartment is at 14 hrs, and the time of departure for up to 10 h. Air condition is not included in the price of the apartment and is charged 6 euros per day.
