We stayed 14 days in June 2022 in apartment 1 on the ground floor. To emphasize is the cleanliness in the entire house. You can eat off the ground, everything is so pure. The owner speaks German very well, otherwise the mother-in-law who comes from Germany is in the house opposite, who is then there to help. The apartment consists of a large kitchen with air conditioning, a pull-out couch, kitchen table for 4 people. The kitchen is sufficiently furnished with pots, glasses, cups of coffee, a machine for filter coffee, a microwave oven. On the terrace on the street side is a large table with 4 armchairs. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, sink and toilet. Take toilet paper with you as 4 rolls are included for 2 weeks. The bedroom with a very good continuous mattress and sufficient storage space in the boxes. The beach can be reached in 5 minutes, it is advisable to reserve a shady spot at 6:30 a.m. The satellite TV has 37 German programs including ORF 2. After 4 minutes you can reach a department store where you can get almost everything. Otherwise it is recommended to go to Crikvenica for consumption (about 10 minutes) where there is everything and a fruit and vegetable market. There are 3 restaurants on the beach where you can eat very well. We often went to Crikvenica in the shopping and food mile. The right thing for everyone. There are also beaches in Crikvenica at a 20-40 minute walk. They are more spacious and partly with sand.. We can only highly recommend the apartment, as I said very clean and pure, the landlords are very friendly and helpful with questions and information. For us the 2nd time a pleasure and next year we will definitely book 3 weeks. If anyone there has anything to complain about, they're looking for a needle in a haystack. All bed linen and hand and bath towels are changed every week to prepare yourself.

We stayed in the apartment this summer and can't complain. The hosts are super friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean and in great condition.

We have been spending the summer with the Benić family for six years, even several times a year. I can say that we are extremely satisfied, we feel at home. Accommodation is excellent, neat, clean, the equipment of the apartment is top quality, excellent terrace. Secured parking. The beach is only 50 m away from the apartment, and the city center 500 m. On the beach you have restaurants, cafes, cocktail bars, children's playground ... Crikvenica is known for Thalassotherapy, ie it is suitable for people who have respiratory problems. Extremely kind hosts, always ready to help. Many thanks to the hostess Mirela for everything so far. See you next year!

In a word, phenomenal! From the cleanliness, tidiness and equipment of the apartment (I single out: coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher) friendly hosts and staff, close to the beach and the center, a great advantage is provided free parking in front of the apartment. This is our second time being in the same place and I believe we will be back again !! All praise !!!

Very nice and friendly landlady. We rented two apartments, both of which were very clean and in very good condition. Gladly again it is really recommendable.

The apartment is clean, tidy and tidy to the last detail, located just a few minutes from the beach with parking in front of the house which is also all neat and maintained with a beautiful sea view. The beach is full of facilities for children and adults. It contains a playground, trampoline, swings, cafe, toilet and shower ... All necessary facilities are nearby in just 10 minutes Konzum, Plodine, DM, Bipa, Banks, various restaurants and pastry shops, etc. ..Small self-service shop a minute from the apartment. For the second year we are spending our 2 week vacation in the same apartment and I recommend the accommodation to everyone, we will definitely be back next year.
