When booking, an advance payment of 50% of the total price is required, the rest of the amount is charged on the day of taking over the apartment. Entrance to the apartment from 14 hours, departure from the apartment until 10 hours. In the period outside the main season for stays longer than 14 days 10% discount, for stays of 20 days 15% discount. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Cleaning and tourist tax are included in the price.
