The apartment of the Mikic family is surrounded by greenery and located in a quiet street just 5 minutes' walk from the city center with a view of the island of Krk. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house, it is spacious and fully equipped. It consists of a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. There is also a large terrace with the possibility of using a barbecue. A free parking space is available in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi internet. It is the only apartment in the house that we rent so that guests have privacy and peace.

Payment and terms
The daily rent of the apartment includes tourist tax, consumption of electricity, water, bed linen, towels, cutlery and cooking utensils, as well as cleaning after the guest's departure. The use of air conditioning is included in the price. When making a reservation, a 30% advance payment is required. In case of cancellation 60 days before arrival, the advance payment is not returned. The rest is paid upon arrival at the apartment. Minimum stay 4 nights. The price for a stay of less than 4 nights is increased by 50%. The use of an extra bed is charged 10 euros per day. The time of entry to the apartment is after 2:00 p.m., the time of departure is until 10:00 a.m.
