The Mikic family apartment is surrounded by greenery and located in a quiet street just a 5-minute walk from the city center with a view of the island of Krk. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house, is spacious and fully equipped. It consists of a kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. There is also a large terrace with the possibility of using a barbecue. Free parking space is available in front of the house. Free Wi-Fi internet. It is the only apartment in the house that we rent out so that guests have privacy and peace.

The daily apartment rental includes the tourist tax, electricity, water, bed linen, towels, cutlery and cooking utensils, and cleaning upon departure. The use of air conditioning is included in the price. When booking, a 30% deposit is required. The remainder is paid upon arrival at the apartment. In the event of cancellation 60 days before arrival, the deposit is not refundable. The minimum stay is 3 nights. The price for stays of less than 3 nights increases by 50%. The use of an extra bed is charged at 10 euros per day. Check-in time is after 2:00 PM, check-out time is until 10:00 AM.
