Payment and terms
Arrival from 2:00 p.m., departure by 9:00 a.m. Pets €10 per day. Final cleaning €40 upon arrival. The deposit of €200 in case of damage will be fully refunded upon departure and after inspection of the house. It is necessary to pay 30% in advance for the reservation, the remaining 70% in cash upon arrival. For 1-3 nights, the price is increased by 30%. The reservation is valid after the advance payment. In case of cancellation up to 60 days before arrival, the advance payment will be fully refunded. Noise is not allowed from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
