No prepayment. Payment is made in cash upon completion of the service. Based on the conversation with the guests, we jointly determine the time of arrival and departure.
Residential tax is included in price.Guests can cancel the reserved apartment within 24 hours of the first reservation without charge. If the reservation is canceled 14 days before arrival, the amount of one night's stay in that period is paid. If the reservation is canceled 1 day before arrival, the full amount of the stay is paid.
