The house is located in the quiet bay of Mavarčica, 4 km from Trogir, 8 km from the airport and 26 km from Split. With the new Čiovo bridge and the new road, the crowds stopped, and you wake up every morning in peace and quiet with the birds singing, and everything else is now so close to you.

The apartment is spacious, fully equipped with everything you need to spend a nice time, including a kitchen equipped with the necessary kitchen appliances. A large, comfortable terrace with beautiful views of the sea and surrounding islands. There is a nice, large swimming pool, very clean and always available to guests. 3 min walk to the sea.
