We have been regular guests at "Milk Apartment" for 12 years and every time we feel as if we are coming home. Milka and Josip are the warmest hosts you can imagine - they always welcome us with open arms and create a pleasant atmosphere in which we feel extremely well. Their cordiality, combined with excellent knowledge of the German language, makes the stay even more pleasant. The apartments are beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, functional and equipped with everything you need for a vacation. The spacious terraces are especially worth highlighting: the lower apartments have direct access to the beautiful garden, while the upper apartments offer a picturesque view of the Kuzmica bay and the crystal clear sea. The location is perfect - only 30 meters from the beach, where there are not only small beach bars, but also numerous opportunities for recreation such as jet skis, pedal boats, motor boats and stand-up paddles. Despite the proximity to the sea and all amenities, the beach remains pleasantly quiet, even during the high season, and is never overcrowded. After 48 years of vacation in Okrug Gornji, it is clear to us: there is no more beautiful and relaxed place than the Kresovljak family in "Milk Apartment". The apartment is decorated with a large terrace overlooking the sea. Parking for the car is provided in front of the apartment. The beach is only a 1 minute walk away and great for children. The owners of the apartment, Mr. and Mrs. are very friendly. We will definitely come again.

The location of the apartments is absolutely excellent. In a quiet location, in the immediate vicinity of the sea, or almost literally on the beach. The beach is beautiful, large, and it is possible to find some shade on it. On the beach there are two restaurants, kiosks offering drinks and ice cream, a rent a boat provider, etc. It is about a 10-minute walk to the marina in Okrug, from where there is also a regular taxi boat to Trogir. There are several restaurants, bars and other activities at this pier. The first shop is a 3-minute walk away, and there are also larger shops in the immediate vicinity. The apartment was very clean and tidy, with its own entrance and a beautiful terrace. In fact, it is even more beautiful than in the pictures, as it has been recently remodeled. The owners are absolutely wonderful - friendly, helpful and, once again, more than friendly. If there were more people like Josip and Milka in the world, the world would definitely be a better place. I would of course recommend the accommodation to everyone, as it offers both a peaceful holiday and a holiday with many activities within easy reach.

This apartment pleasantly surprised us. It is clean and practically furnished. It has an excellent location, the sea is close, the nearest beach 30 m, 2 restaurants on the beach, ice cream ... It has a large terrace on a nicely landscaped yard. There is a grocery store nearby. The owners Milka and Josip are nice, friendly, hospitable people. We felt very comfortable with them. If we were to choose this location in Croatia, we would definitely choose this apartment again, we would not even think about other accommodation. Great!

All recommendations for apartments Milka. We are resting here for the third time! Clean and tidy which is most important to me. Everything you need for a pleasant stay will be waiting for you. We had a large terrace that is almost all day in the shade and an outdoor grill available. The hosts are the best! They treated us to lunch (my husband says he didn't eat better fish) and tomatoes from his own garden. Yes, the view from the terrace is on the garden full of vegetables and flowers. Milina! Accommodation would be recommended for families with children. The beach is a few minutes away. Nearby are restaurants, bars, ice cream, water sports .... I would say a vacation in the original Dalmatia!

Once again our adventure holiday steps were aimed at charming and wonderful Croatia. This time we chose Okrug Gornij, on the island of Ciovo. An apartment near a nice beach. The building is located near the grocery store as well as two tiny beach bars offering regional dishes. As for the apartment itself, it is especially recommended for families with children. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners of Milka and Joseph, are wonderful people, cordially welcomed us. Wonderful wine, barbeque huge balcony and great atmosphere made us once again have had a wonderful holiday. We thank you for your wonderful time. For the second year we are at this, the first time roomed apartments us balcony, and now on the ground. The apartments are excellent, while the floor beautiful view, on the ground floor is a barbecue which we used, and it's very pleasant, so we have never had to turn the air conditioner although the heat ... Upon arrival, we waited a very clean apartment, and hospitable Vlastníci. The apartment was great, very well preserved and large enough for a family with 3 small children. Needless lot of climate, because it is on the ground floor, so it's not too hot. The beach is very close (30 meters) with tiny pebbles and not very clean. Thank Vlastníci the hospitality and evening.
