The apartments are located in a newly built building, 80 m away from the beautiful bay and the beach with crystal clear sea. Quiet and peaceful environment near the green belt on the north side of the building, an ideal choice for relaxation and a quiet family vacation The apartments are spacious, full of light, air conditioned, with a large terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, and additional utensils needed for cooking. The apartment has a large bedroom with double bed and a fully equipped bathroom. At guests' disposal is free WiFi, TV, washing machine, covered parking space, use of grill. Mavarčica Bay is located on the south side of the island of Ciovo, road connected to Trogir with two bridges, characterized by clear sea and natural beaches. There is a diving school near the building, and a large number of bike paths through untouched nature. Close to Trogir and Split (cities under UNESCO protection), Krka Nature Park, Split Airport

Payment and terms

When booking accommodation, an advance payment of 30% of the total amount is required to the account of the landlord, the rest in cash upon arrival at the facility. Possibility of non-cash payment of the full amount before arrival. Security deposit is 70 €, refund of the deposit when leaving after checking the facility. Arrival to the facility: from 2 pm to 11 pm Departure from the facility: until 10 am The keys are picked up at the facility on the day of arrival.
Residential tax is included in price.

As in the title, we absolutely recommend these apartments. Everything was clean and tidy, and the apartment and surroundings were peaceful. The beach is very close (not even 3 minutes on foot). A cafe by the beach, there was always room on the beach. The shop is 5 minutes away by car. The hosts are very wonderful, willing to talk, socialize and generally available. Relaxing vacation, diving,hiking

The apartment is lovingly furnished, the kitchen is fully equipped and you are not far from the beach. The place is a little away from the party scene, which was very good for us - who likes it quiet is in good hands here. The nearby dive center offers good prices and nice spots. Trogir and Split are reachable by ferry and worth a visit! Shopping is available up the hill in Okrug Gornji - either you like to walk or you have a vehicle. The hosts are very helpful though - offered to take us shopping in their car, which we didn't have to use as we like to walk and didn't need to buy large quantities. But thanks again for the airport transfer!

Nice apartment
