On the other hand, Split, which can be reached by car or by boat, is only 20 km away. This city of Diocletian dates back to the 4th century, and has been under UNESCO protection since 1979, which is a unique example in the world. The beauty of the seven travertine waterfalls, a natural and karst phenomenon of the Krka National Park (50 km), will surely remain in your memory forever. Numerous operators on the island offer excursion services to nearby islands and lagoons. A diving school is also nearby. The beautiful White Beach (Vela Draga) is located in the immediate vicinity of our apartment, immersed in a pine forest.

A beautiful discovery, the island of Čiovo and Nina's delightful apartment overlooking the crystalline sea. Equipped with every comfort, furnished with elegant and impeccable taste, bright and with a terrace with a breathtaking view, it is the perfect place to forget about the world and enjoy the sea, the pine forests, the silence and the beaches reachable in a few minutes on foot. As if that were not enough, Nina's welcome is truly unique: always available to provide any type of information, help or even just a smile and a regenerating drink at the end of the day. It makes you want to stay and certainly come back next year.
We stayed in the large apartment on the second floor, there were two adults and two teenagers, for a week in June. Everything was perfect: the weather, the sea, the house, but above all our dearest Nina, friendly, kind, helpful, always ready to help, to give directions and suggestions, to offer a drink. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a family holiday; we really felt like we were at home, in fact, much better! The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are wonderful! We slept and rested so well!! The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom has a shower and also a washing machine and is very nice, but the thing that perhaps we liked most of all is the large terrace where you could eat, have an aperitif, even take a shower while looking the sea and the islands in front or the fantastic and unforgettable sunset! We filled our eyes with extraordinary beauty! Furthermore, there is a Jacuzzi tub in the garden, as well as a BBQ, available to all guests. Nina's father, great Leo, offered us a super mega good dinner and a super visnjevac (black cherry liqueur made by him). The sea is very close, the first beaches are 100 meters away, you can go there easily on foot, the sea is WONDERFUL, the colors green, blue, turquoise, the inebriating scent of the maritime pines, the song of the tireless cicadas. There aren't many people (at least not in June), so relaxation is total! The beaches are rocky (excellent for diving) and the use of sea shoes is recommended (or even white pebbles - the very nearby and famous Vela Draga beach). A visit to Trogir (5 km) and Split (25 km) is also an absolute must. It was all so beautiful that we didn't want to leave and would like to return next year too. Thank you, Nina, for everything!

We have found a pearl on this hitherto unknown island! The apartment is comfortable, we immediately felt at home. The terrace with the sea view is spectacular and worth its weight in gold. The particular sensation of being able to take a shower with the sea view and the fiery sunset is indescribable. Nina is a great representative of the spirit of hospitality. Smiling and approachable, never intrusive but always available. The first beaches are a three-minute walk from home. There are many isolated spaces among the rocks to enjoy privacy, never crowded even in high season. The sea is turquoise and clear, the use of beach shoes is recommended. Vela Draga, the largest beach suitable for children, is a pleasant 6-7 minute walk away along the pine forest. There is a charming Vela Draga beach nearby - atmospheric, intimate, romantic, with a lot of shade and sun, suitable for children. Clean water. And the view from the terrace - you can look endlessly. Our holidays with Nina were magical. Our 3 children fell in love with the place and the beach house where we returned for 4 consecutive years for 20 days. The terrace is spacious, equipped with every comfort including a very comfortable outdoor shower, barbecue and sunbeds. Here breakfasts, lunches and dinners become special with a 180° sea view. Extraordinary pink sunsets framed our private aperitifs. The night becomes magical in the silence of the place. We spent whole nights trying to capture the stars with our hands and bring them to the heart from how close they seem, lulled by the sound of the waves in the background. The apartment is very well cared for, Nina and her sweet dad pampered us in every way, always careful not to miss anything with their serenity and their smiles. The neighborhood is safe and well attended and our girls took their first steps independently right here. Walking along the sea you can safely reach the bakery and all the services. The sea is just below the house, a few meters downhill and it is possible to take a refreshing dip in an always clean sea. Thanks for everything dear Nina, Soon

We spent a week with Mrs. Nina in apartments Levant - Ciovo Okrug Gornji - Croatian islands; apartment A2 + 2. The apartment is nicely equipped with basic kitchen equipment, it was also nicely prepared and clean. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Mrs. Nina made basic cosmetics (shampoo, shower gel ...) available to guests in the bathroom and kitchen, and things such as oil, vinegar in the kitchen ... The beach is close and very beautiful with more than enough shade among the pine trees in every part of the day. Only one very steep slope needs to be overcome when you return to the apartment, but right at the top of the slope you are already at the finish line. The water / sea is beautiful, very clean, visible to the bottom, even when you swim far. The place is very quiet, there is only one small inn / fast food with simple food (pizza, fish, hamburger, french fries, salad). However, Trogir is close, only about 15 minutes drive. I highly recommend such a holiday to a childless couple who loves peace and romance, even to a family that has several children playing with each other. However, if you only have one and that is one that needs company as urgently as a fish needs water, then it will probably be quite lonely and annoying. There is no playground there either. In short: a nice apartment, a nice place, but whether it is right for you depends on your needs.

Dear Nina. Thank you for your hospitality and the great flair that we could feel in your house. The fish etc. was also very good. Greetings to dad! We really liked the apartment with the large terrace and the view of the sea (the stars above us at night) and it was fantastically beautiful. We had everything you need. The apartment is very well equipped. You can cater for yourself and if you search a little you can also find a few culinary and good restaurants. It is also advisable to visit the fish hall in Trogir. You can grill directly on the terrace. To go out to eat, you better need a car if you want something other than just the standards (pizza, etc.). This part of the okrug is the quieter one. It was ideal for us. The way to the sea is only short. We went swimming every morning to start the day and then had breakfast on the terrace. We made several trips to Trogir / Mlinice Pantan / Salona / Split, by car and by ship. On Ciovo itself there are also other natural beaches for swimming. The new man-made beaches are not our thing. Everything written in the opinions posted here is absolutely true. This is a unique place created by an exceptional owner. It is also true that if you are a fan of sea swimming and no crowds - this is the place for you. If you are a romantic looking at the stars and the moon reflecting the surface of the sea - then every night on your own terrace, in an armchair, you can admire them until the morning on the clear sky, in silence and undisturbed peace. No car will disturb your contemplation over coffee, wine and local fruit. If you are a cooking fan, you have everything here - appliances and spices - to show the skill of a chef, and then eat what you prepare on a terrace overlooking the sea, in the company of admiring your skills - family or friends. It will taste twice as good. If you are an artist - then you have all the favorable conditions for something good to be created here. Even if you are a fan of series and movies, you throw your family to a nearby beach and spend your lonely hours with Netflix on the TV in your living room. But know one thing, the place is so magical - it will be hard for you to leave there. And the will to return there will bother you all year round.

Apartment Ponente has made our dreams come true: a beautiful stunning view of the sea and islands (we spent hours on the terrace) comfortable and airy apartment, decently decorated with sea motifs, equipped with everything you need for cooking and relaxation with very comfortable mattresses and pillows, our most beautiful beach Ciovo at only 5 min walk with crystal clear sea and pine shade. Absolute peace and quiet from traffic, close to cultural and natural attractions (Trogir 10 min by car, Split 30 min by boat for 24 kn, Blue Lagoon ...) bonus: bougainvillea, fig and jacuzzi in the yard. Warm and unobtrusive owners with whom you will settle in the same day and who really care about making your dreams come true. Our search for a summer place under the sun is over - here, at the Mercep family and Apartments Levante - we want to come next year as well. A warm and sincere recommendation!

We were two in an apartment for max people, a bedroom with a large bed and a living room with a kitchenette, a sofa bed and access to a large balcony with a table. Beautiful sea view, nice large living room. air conditioning of course. There were cool drinks waiting for us in the fridge, in the cabinets homemade olive oil, frying oil, flour, salt and sugar, wine vinegar and pepper. Downstairs, a stone grill with a table beside it. Ample parking, close to the sea and a great family restaurant (prices lower than in the city)

We were at Nin for the first time, but we were in Croatia for the 12th time and it was the best apartment. Large, with two separate bedrooms (we were two couples), with a beautiful large terrace (beautiful view of the sea and full intimacy), on which, apart from a table with chairs, there is a grill and comfortable two sunbeds and a shower. TV with access to you tube and netflix. (in Polish). Very close to the sea and a homely pub with a delicious grill and pizza, definitely with better prices than in the center. Large private parking, yakuza, peace and quiet. Great location for people who value peace, and at the same time not so far from the center. When we arrived there were cool drinks waiting for us in the fridge (something nice for everyone) and then a very nice surprise. If nothing changes in the world, we'll be back next year.
