One apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a living room with a kitchen and a dining room. The second consists of two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a living room with kitchen and dining room. The kitchens are equipped with a cooking area and an electric oven, as well as dishes for preparing and serving food. The apartments are air-conditioned, have free internet, all windows have mosquito nets, secured parking in the yard. The distance to the beach is a minute's walk through your own yard. Nearby there is a bakery, shops, restaurants, post office, clinic, bus station with frequent lines to Šibenik.

A deposit for booking an apartment is charged in the amount of 20% of the total price of the accommodation. The deposit is returned if the reservation is canceled 30 days or earlier than the agreed arrival date. The pre-arranged number of overnight stays is paid on the first day of use of the accommodation. Accommodation is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. The minimum number of nights is 4.

Meticulously decorated, impeccably clean apartment in a beautiful location, in our prettier part of Brodarica. The warm and friendly housekeeper/owner of the apartment gave us all the necessary information, instructions, but everything was just as it should be.

The apartment is nice, big and clean, the hosts are wonderful people and they take care of everything. The sea is close, and there is discretion because there is only one neighboring apartment with which the terrace is shared. What we liked most was that the sea was close by and that all the windows had mosquito nets. The beds are good (neither too soft nor too hard), the bathroom is large and has a window. The location is great, everything is close. We will come again!

I'm sorry that last year I did not leave a comment but ... I feel like I'm in my own apartment. Everything is nice, neat, very clean .. lots of tiny details that thrill you .. you do not even need towels. You have your own deck chairs and a table with chairs that "shoot" with a view of the beautiful island of Krapanj. It's a pleasure to have morning coffee while listening and watching the beautiful colors of the sea ... From the apartment to the sea you need about 30 seconds, if you are retired for about 45 seconds Since we had a kayak this year, it was a pleasure to go to and around Krapnja and the surrounding coves. Thanks to Mrs. Sonji and Mr. Miri on a beautiful and delicious evening by the sea. I was delighted with the overbought. Mostly ... See you next year !! Zdravko

Apartments Maslina in Brodarica are modern, everything is very clean and neat (everything is in the pictures in the apartment). They have everything you need, and with the apartment you have a terrace. Apartments have internet and MAXtv. Parking is in front of the house, the beach is a minute walk (through the yard to the beach), peace and nature. Nearby is a restaurant, a café, a grocery store and a bakery. Sibenik is a 5-minute drive away. The owners are really kind and unobtrusive. Be sure to come back here on an annual basis and recommend it to everyone!

Accommodation perfect, all modernly furnished, clean. Owners are great people. You have everything you can remember. We felt very pleasant here. A smaller and quieter town, For us an ideal stay with a dog. Sea, beaches and surroundings clean. The town is a short distance from Primosten and Sibenik. We also recommend a trip to a more protected island. Restaurants, plenty for good prices. We enjoyed our holiday here 100% and we definitely recommend it all
The apartment is very nicely decorated, keeping in mind the details that space further refines. The kitchen contains everything you need, as well as other rooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Everything is exceptionally clean and tidy. All windows have a mosquito net so that at night they can be wide open so it is very comfortable to sleep. The apartment is located below the main road, only 30 m from the sea so there is no car noise. After swimming in the clear sea, you can sunbathe in the shade of olive trees, in the courtyard of the apartment and enjoy a wonderful view of the island of Krapanj. Once you have a spark in the apartment yard, you do not need a car anymore. About 5 to 10 minutes walk away from: Tourist boards, shops, cafes, restaurants, post office, churches, piers for a boat that goes to Krapanj (map 6), bus station for Sibenik, medical clinic, all that you need . The most impressive is the kindness and simplicity of the host who will do everything to make your vacation idyllic. All praise the host and warmly recommend it to everyone!

The location is good, right next to the sea, beautiful view of the island of Krapanj, has several beaches, very clean sea. A very quiet place, perfect for long walks by the sea and boat trips to the neighboring island, or just for an evening enjoyment on the terrace of the apartment. Everything is very close, from a grocery store to a restaurant, and when you are driving to Sibenik where there is a huge shopping center if you need it. All in all, great service and a wonderful vacation. I strongly recommend.

The apartment is very clean (the cleanest I've ever been), tidy and regularly maintained, and has everything you need (I mean little things like trash bags, toilet paper and the like). The hosts regularly change linens and towels, are very kind and care that nothing is missing but also unobtrusive if you are looking for privacy and loneliness, so I would say that the host service is at a very high level. The beach is very close with a beautiful view of the island of Krapanj, you have the possibility of long walks along the coast, the evenings are pleasant, with no noise. Large shopping centers are only a few kilometers away as the city of Šibenik, but you can also purchase without having to go to the car because there are even two stores close to the apartment itself. I can not remember I missed anything, and in the apartment I felt at home, which is not a common case.
