The family house was newly built and modernly decorated. It is located on the third floor of the sea in a quiet part of Brodarica, 5 km south of Sibenik. The house is located on a hill near the sea with a beautiful view of the beaches and nearby islands. The apartments are located on the ground floor of the house on the ground floor of the house which are always available to you. The house has two apartments with a beautiful sea view, for 6 to 10 persons. The property is 1, 30 min away from the beach of a light walk. Distances about 5 min walk there are numerous restaurants and coffee bars, pizzerias offering tasty food, drinks and ice cream. Distances from about 2 to 5 km are various Dalmare, Lidl, Kaufland, Plodine shopping centers ... and the two most popular discotheques. Pebble beach Guests have free parking and free internet access. On the ground floor of the building have a barbecue and a terrace for socializing. All apartments are air-conditioned. Guests are welcomed with a welcome drink with a delicious bite of Dalmatian prosciutto and cheese. Guests also have the opportunity to visit our farm where we grow domestic fruits and vegetables, which they can buy and consume on their own.
The wonderful and warm hosts Jasmina and Zoran welcomed us very nicely and hosted us throughout our stay. The apartment is of the highest standard, with a beautiful view of the sea, very close to the beach. Wonderfully equipped, clean and comfortable. Jasmina and Zoran provided us with a wonderful holiday, we will definitely visit them again! We highly recommend it to everyone!

Two children, my husband and I stayed in the apartment for ten days. The hosts welcomed us with a plate of prosciutto and cheese, local olive oil and local wine (we recommend both oil and wine). The hosts are very polite, benevolent and helpful, and every now and then they bring something from their garden (potatoes, zucchini, cucumbers, eggplant). The apartment is neat and clean and contains everything you need for a vacation. Everything is as in the pictures. The beach, only a 2-minute walk from the apartment, is small but clean and not overcrowded, ideal for vacations with children. All locations are nearby, max. half an hour by car (fortresses in the city of Šibenik and that of St. Nicholas on the sea, the Dubrava Falconry Center, the city of Šibenik itself...). We recommend.

The apartments at Jaśminy i Zorana are recommendable. It is clean, spacious and practically furnished. Everything as described and photos on the website. Welcome wine and Croatian delicacies. You can buy wine, rakija and olive oil from the hosts. Brodarica is a good starting point for exploring the surrounding villages and Krka Park. The large beach is about 1.5 km away from the apartment (15 min walk). Of course, you can use the closer beaches, but on the large beach there are attractions for children, bars, cafes, a bakery. Above the beach on the main road, Jasmina has her fruit and vegetable outlet. I recommend buying vegetables from their own farm.

The apartments are identical to the pictures, the first time I came in and did not clean there was literally a flash! House in a good location to the beach 2 min bakery store 5! Family renting, nice room and helpful we felt at home and would happily come here next year! Brodarica itself is a very charming place 5 km back and forth by the promenade by the sea, you can also walk around the island which you can get by motorboat from us for 4 people 20 kuna there is a beautiful place without motor cars beach wild with sand ... only beach water, cicadas, and you! A big plus is also the Krka Waterfall Park which is worth seeing, we traveled 20 min! It is possible to rent motorboats, there are many islands to which you can go and visit individually. We stayed in the apartment for 4 people (also known as green). Everything in the apartment is literally as the pictures. The apartment is modern, impeccably neat and clean with prominent small details that give it a special charm. The owners are more than friendly and hospitable, yet unobtrusive, and the rest of the family. The apartment is located in a place that is literally away from the beach, restaurants and shops only 3 to 5 minutes walk. Solaris is located about 5 minutes by car, and Sibenik 10 minutes.
