We were in July 2019. Apartment, large, spacious, fully equipped, with two balconies. There was air conditioning in both rooms, but the apartment was so located that it was not very hot. To the beach, where there was never a problem finding a free place, very close, about 3 minutes. Owners very nice and helpful. Brist is a nice town, connected by a promenade with Gradac and Podaca. Perfect for evening walks. I would recommend!
