The house is located in a quiet part of Bol outside the city center, only 80 meters from the beach and 70 meters from the beautiful promenade. You will enjoy the large and spacious yard around the house, which is great for children. In the morning, you will wake up to the sound of birdsong, and after drinking coffee, you only have a 1-minute walk to the nearest beach or a 15-minute walk to Zlatni Rat beach. After returning from the beach, you can enjoy preparing a barbecue and enjoy dinner with a glass of wine. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining room, a living room and a large terrace and yard.

The accommodation is considered reserved after the advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total price of the accommodation is visible on the invoice. The rest of the payment must be made 48 hours before arrival. Arrival time is from 2 pm onwards and departure time is until 10 am.
Residential tax is included in price.We do not refund the advance payment, in case of cancellation there is a possibility to transfer the advance payment to the next year.
