The entire house (140m2 - 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, living room, kitchen and dining room, 2 balconies) and the yard (30m2) is rented in its entirety (no owner, no other guests). The yard is surrounded by a stone wall and guarantees full privacy for the guests. The yard is lockable, it is possible to leave bicycles, paddle boards (SUP) and other things. Ideal for families with children, the sea and beaches facing the Zadar islands are in the immediate vicinity (60 m), as well as cafes, pharmacies, shops and restaurants. Bibinje is 6 km from Zadar. An advance payment of 30% is made after a successful reservation as a confirmation of arrival, and the rest in cash upon arrival. Tourist tax is included in the price. The price includes the use of a fully equipped house with bed linen and towels, water, electricity, taxes, tourist check-in and check-out, and air conditioning. Arrival time (check in) is from 14:00 h. Departure time until 10:00 a.m. ADDITIONAL COST: Public parking is located 20m from the house, a privileged ticket is charged an additional 50 EUR per car per stay. One parking space is fully reserved for guests and always available, and a parking ticket is provided for the second space. Final cleaning costs EUR 80 and is charged upon arrival.
