This beautiful holiday house "Emi" in the village of Bibinje, only 6 km from the ancient city of Zadar, offers a pleasant and peaceful vacation to your family. The house is located in the middle of a small peninsula. Bibinje has the charm of a traditional Adriatic village. Fishing boats still arrive, which they bring fresh catch to the local market and restaurants. Thanks to its peaceful atmosphere, visitors will experience such rare peace and relaxation in modern life. Enjoy pristine beaches and crystal clear sea under the hot Mediterranean sun. The house is located in the very center of "Stari Selo". There are two separate spaces, each designed for 4 people. The house offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people, which is ideal for two families or a group of friends. Both the ground floor and the first floor are fully equipped for your needs. The house has 3 separate bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, balcony and on the ground floor terrace with outdoor grill. Can be rented separately in pre and post season. Welcome!

Payment and terms
The reservation payment is 30% of the total amount for the accommodation and is paid to the owner's bank account, and the rest in cash on the day of arrival together with the tourist tax (1.33 Euros per person per day). The ideal time of arrival would be from 12:00 to 16:00, and the building must be vacated by 10:00 in the morning. The arrival time can be flexible, with the required advance notice. Upon arrival, the guest leaves a refundable deposit of 50 Euros in case of material damage. Pets are allowed with prior notice.
Residential tax is not included in price.

A large part of Bibinje is a pedestrian zone and everything you need is near the accommodation, beautiful beaches, restaurants with meat and fish specialties, a market, a post office... Traditional festivals with Dalmatian klapa music and local specialties are held every summer week. Traveling to the village is possible by car or plane. There is a parking lot near the house. Zadar airport is only 7 km away. The owners welcome you in the restaurant "Domestico di Jaz" in Bibinje near the house. The owners also speak English and German and will advise you on all the best locations to visit. A small marina is in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. You can visit the nearby national parks by car: National Park Krka and National Park Paklenica (both about 50 km away by air), and you can also visit the National Park Kornati by the local boat "Barba Ive". In less than an hour's drive, you will reach the town of Šibenik. However, if you want a holiday without additional driving, this is the best location.
