Payment and terms

Inquiries for reservations can be received via the Internet by e-mail or at the specified mobile phone number. To confirm the reservation, the Guest must pay an advance payment of 20% of the total price of the accommodation within one working day from the moment of acceptance of the offer and fax a confirmation of payment, while the rest of the amount and the residence tax on the day of arrival at the accommodation unit. Check-in to the apartment is after 14 ha, check-out by 10 am.
Residential tax is not included in price.

Cancellation policy

If the guest wants to cancel the reserved accommodation, it should be done in writing (e-mail, fax, mail). - In the event that the Guest cancels the agency reservation: - 30 or more days before the start of the reservation, we return the entire advance to the guest. - 14 to 29 days before the start of the reservation, the renter receives 50% of the total advance payment amount - returns 50% of the advance payment amount to the guest. - 1 to 13 days before the start of the reservation and on the day of the start of the reservation, the renter receives 100% of the total advance payment
