Apartment house ŠTIZ-BETINA – Your ideal vacation by the sea! Located directly on the coast in Betina on the island of Murter, apartment house ŠTIZ-BETINA offers the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. Our well-maintained stone beach is equipped with deck chairs and large umbrellas that you can use free of charge. Are you coming by boat? We offer a launch and a berth for boats up to 7 meters long, with secured parking for a trailer within the fenced yard. Location: The house is located 1.5 km from the center of Betina, where you will find the old town center, shops, cafes, restaurants and the main town beach. The island of Murter is easily accessible by car because it is connected to the mainland by a drawbridge, which rises twice a day. We offer: six apartments (2+2) and four studios (2+1). Each accommodation unit includes: a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen SAT HDTV, toilet with shower, bed linen and towels. Residential tax is included in price.The advance payment is refundable in the event of cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental. If the cancellation is between 60 - 30 days before the start of the rental, 50% of the advance payment is refunded. If the cancellation is less than 30 days before the start of the rental, the advance payment is not refundable. If the guest does not show up on the day of the start of the rental and does not cancel the rental via e-mail, he is obliged to pay the entire reserved rental.

The beach is paved with natural stone, and there is fine sand in the sea that allows easy and safe entry into the water. On the beach you can use deck chairs and large umbrellas for free to relax by the sea. There is a large garage with a toilet next to the beach, where you can leave your equipment such as SUP, kayaks, windsurfing boards, inflatables... For guests who come with a boat (up to 7 m), we offer the possibility of launching directly on our beach. You can moor the boat along the shore or on a buoy, while there is also a large parking lot for a car and a trailer inside the fenced yard. In our green garden, a large barbecue with complete equipment for preparing delicious meals awaits you, which is at your disposal. In addition, a welcome drink awaits you upon arrival.
