Residential tax is not included in price.A refund of the advance payment is possible in case of cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the lease. If the cancellation is between 60 - 30 days before the start of the lease, 50% of the advance payment is returned. If the guest does not show up on the day of the start of the rental by midnight and does not cancel the rental by e-mail, he is obliged to pay the entire reserved rental.
