For the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the rent is paid by bank transfer, and the rest is paid in cash when taking over the apartment. After the advance payment, we send a confirmation of the reservation by e-mail. Check in - 2:00 p.m. Check out - 10:00 a.m. A stay of 3 nights is not possible if the dates before and after are free.
Residential tax is not included in price.A refund of the advance payment is possible in case of cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the lease. If the cancellation is between 60 - 30 days before the start of the lease, 50% of the advance payment is returned. If the cancellation is less than 30 days before the start of the lease, the advance payment is not returned. If the guest does not show up on the day of the start of the rental by midnight and does not cancel the rental by e-mail, he is obliged to pay the entire reserved rental.
