The apartment is suitable for two married couples or a family of four. The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house, first row to the sea in Betina. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. It consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Each room has two beds (double bed). In the living room there is a sofa, TV receiver and wireless internet access. The kitchen is equipped for cooking a complete meal (stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker, water heater, toaster, complete cutlery and cooking utensils). Each room has a separate air conditioner (three air conditioners in total). From the living room there is an exit to a large terrace with a sea view. In the yard behind the house there is a landscaped area with flowers and a space for parking cars. In front of the house there is a beach for swimming and sunbathing, umbrellas and deckchairs for sunbathing. The town of Betina is about 900 meters away, a 10-minute easy walk along the sea.
