The apartment is suitable for two couples or a family of four. The apartment is located on the first floor of a family house, first row to the sea in Betina. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Each room has two beds (a double bed). The living room has a sofa bed, a TV and wireless internet access. The kitchen is equipped for cooking a complete meal (stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, water heater, toaster, complete cutlery and cooking utensils). Each room has a separate air conditioning (three air conditioners in total). From the living room there is an exit to a large terrace with a view of the sea. In the courtyard behind the house there is a decorated area with flowers and a space for parking a car, an outdoor shower for showering, an outdoor barbecue. In front of the house there is a beach for swimming and sunbathing, umbrellas and sun loungers. The town of Betina is about 900 meters from the apartment, a 10-minute easy walk along the sea.
