Apartments Olea are located in a quiet area of Baška in a house surrounded by pine trees. The facility is located near a pebble beach (about 180 - 200 m) and an aquagun, as well as all the necessary amenities. The picturesque old town of Baška is about a 15-minute walk away. We offer 3 apartments: A 2+1, A 2+2 and A 4+2. All apartments are modern and fully equipped, have TV/Sat, air conditioning, grill, WiFi, balcony/terrace with sea view and parking space in the yard.

To reserve an apartment, it is necessary to pay an advance/deposit in the amount of 100-200 euros, depending on the apartment and length of stay, to a bank account. The rest is paid upon arrival at the apartment. Payment is exclusively in cash. The arrival time is after 1 pm, that is, after the cleaning of the apartment is finished, which depends on the departure time of the previous guests from the apartment. Any damage to the apartment will be charged later.
Residential tax is not included in price.The advance payment is returned in exceptional situations (earthquake, flood, illness, death...)
