Apartments Klemencic are located in the quiet part of Baška (Zarok), only two hundred meters from one of the most beautiful beaches of the northern Adriatic, and a 15-minute walk from the old Baska Basilica. We can offer 4 apartments: 2 x A4 / 2 and 2 x A2 / 2. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, TV SAT, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi (WiFi). Parking spaces are provided in the yard of the building. We are happy that we can offer you from our summer of 2016 our fourth apartment on the ground floor of our house. New apartment A4 / 2 (ID: 49605) consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room with additional bed for two more persons. Has a dishwasher, a washing machine,. . Extra bed possibility - folding bed on mattress castors that can be brought to the apartment. It can be used for the 5th person in apartments A2 / 2 or for the 7th person in apartment A4 / 2. Guests can get use of a cot (on request), a children's seat / crib (on request) and a baby crib (on request)

Laundry facilities are located in the same building as this apartment and has a separate entrance from the yard. Note: Apartment ID: 49605 is a washing machine.
We have just returned from Baska from Tomislav and his wife. I recommend with all my heart. Very nice, friendly and helpful owners. Apartments very well maintained and clean - fully equipped. On site bicycles, boards for swimming. Very close to the sea, quiet peaceful area. Once again, thank you very much.

I recommend the apartments, I recommend the host, very nice and helpful. You feel taken care of from the very beginning. My apartment was fully equipped, we were welcomed with fruit and rakija and the children with sweet treats. On-site SUP board, bicycle, laundry. Literally 3 minutes to the beach, a bakery, restaurant and ice cream nearby. The owner will answer all your questions and advise you how to find your way around.

Perfect location in a quiet part of town. Very close to the beach. The owner is friendly, kind and very hospitable. Apartments super equipped, clean. The beautiful terrace in the apartment, surrounded by greenery, creates ideal conditions for relaxation. Perfect place!!!

We have been to this apartment 6 times and we always like to come back here, Tomislav and his wife are great people, everything is clean and tidy. We don't want anything else, it's a good place for us, everywhere a bit - more, restaurants, bakery, consumption, water slides, attractions, ice cream, one small restaurant for fast food right on the beach, just great. Only Klemencic apartments for us

It was first time we spent vacation in Baška and we know we will come back. Baška is marvelous and there are lot of places, wherever we still want to go. Baška provides lot of entertainment for people with many kind of demands. Either if you look for active running or cycling vacation, there are many perfectly mapped routes (made by Czech Tourists Union - the best in the world), or if you look for lazy vacation, there are nice long beach with clear water without sea urchins with many kind of fun, nature beach, beach for naturist and special beach for pets. If you look for calm vacation then choose apartments on the end of Baška, but do not worry, there is 2,5km long promenade with usual night life close to (aprox. 10min walk). That is the case we chose Apartments Klemenčić. It is in calm place at the end of Baska still very close to sea. Tomislav and his wife Lijana are very friendly, hospitable and takes you as you would be part of their family. They help explain you all you need and give you tips for good food if you ask. Their twins are cute and do not hesitate to play with your children. We booked all the house as we were 3 families. All apartments includes everything you need for vacation and are clean modern equipped.

It was our first holiday in Baška but definitely not the last. Our children have started counting days to the next holidays. Everything was perfect and looking even better than on the photos. The owners are very friendly and open. I can highly recommend this place for everyone.
