Modernly furnished apartments, only 300m from the beautiful Vela Plaža beach, with a shared outdoor pool and barbecue. The house has 13 apartments, 4 of which are located in the basement. The apartments in the basement use a shared terrace (20m2) located on the floor above. Each accommodation unit is equipped with a dishwasher, air conditioning, Internet and SAT-TV. Guests have one parking space at their disposal. Pets are not welcome.

Please note that reservations can be made for a minimum of 4 nights from 01.04.-13.06., for a minimum of 7 nights from 14.06.-05.09., and for a minimum of 4 nights from 06.09.-06.10. Prices will be displayed when you enter the desired period of stay and number of people. Prices by season can be seen under the € price list (on the right, below the pictures of the desired accommodation unit). Additional costs: tourist tax (adults 2.20 EUR/person/night; children 12-18 years 1.10 EUR/person/night) and registration fee (5 EUR/person/one-time). For a fixed reservation, it is necessary to pay an advance payment (via bank) in the amount of 30% of the total price of the apartment. The rest of the accommodation, tax and registration fee are paid upon arrival. Check-in to the apartment is possible after 2 pm, departure is by 10 am.
