For a fixed reservation, an advance payment is required, the amount of which depends on the type of apartment and the requested date. Advance payment is made by bank transfer and upon receipt of the confirmation, the apartment is reserved. The down payment is non-refundable. Payment is made on the day of arrival, exclusively in cash.
