This beautiful modern holiday home is located in Barbat, on the island of Rab. The apartments are beautifully and modernly furnished. We have our own parking lot and a boat mooring. Guests have two barbecues in the garden. We offer 5 apartments. All apartments have their own private entrance. There are numerous restaurants and shops nearby, just a few minutes' walk away. The center of Rab is 4 km from the house. Our house is only 50 meters from the sea.

Payment is made at the property upon arrival. Check in - 2 pm, check out - 10 am. The advance payment is 150 - 200 euros, depending on the apartment.
Residential tax is included in price.The advance payment is refunded if the guest cancels the reservation no later than 14 days before the planned arrival.
