Apartment reservation is €250 and is paid to our IBAN, which makes the reservation final. The rest of the amount is paid on the spot upon arrival at the apartment or by payment to the IBAN. Entry to the apartment is possible from 3:30 p.m. On the day of departure, you should leave the apartment no later than 10:00 a.m.
Residential tax is included in price.In order to receive a full refund of the reservation, guests must cancel within 48 hours after making the reservation, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before the start of the reservation. If the guest cancels the reservation 7-14 days before its start, he will receive a refund of 50% of the reservation amount. Pebble beach We have provided an open parking space in the shade of olive trees for all our guests at the back of the house. Apartment Raža is surrounded by a large garden that is cultivated with great love. There is a barbecue in the immediate vicinity of the garden. The garden is equipped with an outdoor shower, and for all guests who prefer the shade, a terrace by the sea with deck chairs and garden furniture is available. For all our guests who own or rent a boat, in front of the apartment there is a quay and moorings for boats and a workshop where you can store equipment from the boat or things for the beach. An excellent apartment that is beautifully decorated in a Mediterranean style, very spacious and clean. Object descriptions and details are accurate as in the ad. Pictures cannot adequately convey the peace and beauty that will await you if you decide to stay at this accommodation. We were more than pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The apartment is superbly decorated, so you won't miss anything. The housekeeper Davorka is very kind and tried her best to make our stay in the apartment pleasant, we felt at home. She was always at our disposal and gave us useful tips on what to visit, where to eat, etc. The pebble beach is located right below the accommodation, and a promenade stretches along the coast along the sea, which you can take all the way to the town of Rab itself. We would definitely recommend this accommodation, it has a rating of 10/10 from us.
