Apartments Roberto are located in the south of the Istrian peninsula in the small tourist fishing village of Banjole, 10 km from Pula. The apartments are richly and modernly equipped and are located 100 m from the sea and 200 m from the beach. In the vicinity of the building there is a pizzeria and a restaurant, a tennis court and a seaport. Banjole is a peaceful and quiet place without too much stress, beautiful nature and clear sea. There are 600 inhabitants in Banjole. Only 10 km from Banjol is the city of Pula, and 5 km from Banjol is Cape Kamenjak, a protected landscape with the most beautiful beaches in Istria.

Payment and terms
Payment for the reservation is made with an advance payment of 30% of the total amount of the apartment rental. The rest is paid upon arrival at the apartment (in euros). Arrival time after 3 pm, departure time until 10 am. For all apartments, a deposit is required upon arrival at the apartment. Apartment A3 1 and apartment A7 1 have a common concrete grill (apartment A7 1 also has an electric grill). The owner of the house is not in the building. Parking is right next to the apartments. Apartment A7 1 has a partial view of the sea.
Residential tax is included in price.

Cancellation policy
Reservation fee is mandatory and it costs 30% of the total cost of renting the apartment. Reservation fee is a legal means of insurance of the house owner that the guest(s) that paid the reservation fee will come for sure in the apartment (house) at the agreed time, agreed price of renting the apartment and agreed number of persons in the apartment. By paying the reservation fee of the apartment means that the guest who made a payment of the reservation fee of the apartment at the previously agreed price, time and number of persons in the apartment, accept all the following rules and terms of use of Apartments Roberto . If the guest who made a reservation fee payment for any reason doesn't or cant come at the apartment by previously agreed terms (agreed price, agreed time and agreed number of person in the apartment), the house owner has a legal right to cancel the guest reservation , keep the reservation fee and rent the apartment for other guests in the period of the canceled reservation

Perfect accommodation and super friendly host

We lacked nothing! We even borrowed a hair dryer free of charge. You can shop and eat in the immediate vicinity. The beach can be reached in 2 minutes and is laid out with fine gravel on the left-hand side. The right side is natural with beautiful walking paths. In the area there are countless natural beach sections for every heart's content. We will be back definitely.

Recommendable

We enjoyed our stay very much. Before entering the house there is a terrace which is not in the picture so in the evening you could sit by the barbecue. There was only a bigger closet with poles. The owner pleasant sympathetic surroundings pleasant quiet against the pizzeria. I would love to go back there
