House Nino is located in the village of Krmed, a settlement 7 km northeast of the municipality of Bale. It is located on the county road Bale–Smoljanci–Svetvinčenat. It is only an 8-minute drive to Bal and 25 minutes to Rovinj. If you are looking for accommodation far from the city noise, but at the same time close enough to all surrounding destinations, this is the perfect choice for you. The nearest beach in Bala (Colone or San Polo) is only 13 km away by car, and Cisterna beach is 16 km away. The entire house, garden, charcoal and wood grill are at your disposal. Ideal accommodation for a family with children and pets. The house was built in the characteristic Istrian style, it is covered with stone. It is our heritage, so we are particularly attached to it. It has two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen, a bathroom and a covered terrace. In front of the house is a fenced yard where you can stay in peace. Pets are welcome! We live in Rovinj and come to Krmed by appointment. We respect your privacy

We agree on the method of advance payment and the amount at the time of booking. The usual advance payment is 20% of the total price. The rest is paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. A stay shorter than three nights is charged 30% more. Usual arrival time from 15:00 h, and departure time until 10:00 h. Arrival and departure time other than the above can be arranged with the host, depending on the possibility. Please inform us about the planned time of arrival, because we live in Rovinj and we need a certain time to come and personally welcome you. In the case of being prevented due to work commitments, upon arrival we will give you the necessary instructions for entering the facility. We regularly update the reservation calendar!
Residential tax is included in price. Booking confirmation document upon reservationDear guests, in case of impossibility of arrival for justified reasons, you can cancel 30 days before the reserved date of arrival with a 100% refund of the advance payment. If you cancel within 30 days before arrival, we will keep the deposit in full.

Rocky beach The price of the apartment is shown per day. Pets 10.00 eur per day, paid upon arrival. The house is fully equipped, air-conditioned with two air conditioners. New kitchen equipped with dishwasher, induction cooking, oven, microwave. The price includes bed linen, towels for use in the apartment, use of air conditioning, WIFI, final cleaning, parking space in the yard. A washing machine is available in the house. Baby cot on request free of charge.
As always, it was lovely and relaxing. The house is simply a dream, as are the owners, super nice and caring. Already booked again for next year.

In June 2024 we had the pleasure of spending our Croatia vacation in the beautifully furnished and designed Haus Nino for the second time. The house is equipped as described by the landlady. The landlady is very friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable in the quiet surroundings and returned home refreshed. We have already booked again for 2025 and are already looking forward to spending our vacation in Haus Nino again.

The house is located in a nice quiet place, easily accessible. Kitchen, barbecue area and garden are well equipped. Perfectly clean place, sophisticated bedding, comfortable bed. It is close to several beautiful places and beaches. The owner is very kind and helpful. Thank's for everything.
