Small, but sweet and cosy, recently decorated place. It has about 35 square meters + 20 sq meters of terrace and garden. Its located at the ground floor of our family house and easy accessible. Air-conditioned, suitable for 3 persons(2+1). Its consisted of one bedroom with double bed and large closet, a bathroom (washing machine,dryer,hair dryer, iron,ironing board), a proper kitchen (a cooker, oven, fridge,dish machine and cutlery and cooking utensils), a living room (with a pull-out sofa and flat TV and DVD), a dinging table with 4 chairs, a working table(for computer) and a lot of storage space. Outside there are 2 terraces, 6 chaires and table. In front there is a free private parking spot and an automated fence.

Rocky beach The house is less than 50 m from bus station, pastry shop, bakery and beautiful seaside promenade to Uvala Lapad and beach. You can get to the Banje beach ,Old Town or Uvala Lapad in about 10 min by the bus or 20 min by foot. We are 10 min by foot from Gruz Port from which you can take a ferry to many of Dubrovnik’s islands. In that part of town there is the main bus station with the direct bus line to the Dubrovnik airport . Not far from here(circle of 500 m) there is a shopping centre,a department store, rent-a car,bank etc. Well be happy to be your guides and show you the city. If you want to explore by yourself ,we are full of good tips about restaurants with reasonable prices or must-see sights.Dont hesistate to ask about Dubrovnik.
